Our Parish Council members were chosen by lots just like St. Matthias was chosen by the other 11 disciples. The current council began its ministry January 9, 2018. They help guide Fr. Doug Vu and the pastoral team to shape the future of Our Lady of Lourdes.

The members of our Finance Council are currently selected by the pastor/administrator. However, we are moving toward an electoral process in the near future. The members of the council attend monthly meetings. They are responsible for preparing the parish’s budget, monitoring expenses and income throughout the year, and overseeing the parishes financial policies.
The Stewardship Committee operates within the guidelines of the International Stewardship Program which seeks to bond the parish family together by instilling a sense of ownership in the church through the members giving not only their treasure but their time and talent for the good of the parish.
The Stewardship Committee is in charge of the fifth Sunday name tags to promote companionship and friendship among the parishioners, organizes the annual Thanksgiving meal, and develops new ideas for providing for parish needs.
